What is an SMS segment?

A “segment” refers to a part of a text message containing a maximum number of characters. Depending on the contents of the text message, or if the message is sent out in multiple parts, the maximum number of characters is different per segment. https://help.kimoby.com/what-is-a-segment

What is the limit of video length?

There is no limit on the length of the videos you can send. You can send and receive videos of any length without any extra charges. They are also saved in Kimoby forever. 

What are the Kimoby Pay fees? If I don’t use Kimoby Pay, will I get charged for that?

Kimoby Pay fees apply only when you use our payment processing service. If you don’t use Kimoby Pay, you won’t be charged these fees.

What company do we use for Kimoby Pay to process the payments?

We use Stripe to process payments for Kimoby Pay. Stripe is a trusted and secure payment processor known for its reliability and ease of use.

What are the contract terms?

Our contract terms are monthly, with a 30-day cancellation policy. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

What happens if I need 11 users in my 10 users plan?

You will need to upgrade your plan to accommodate the additional user. This is a great opportunity to access more features and benefits with Kimoby.

When will I get my monthly charge?

You will be charged the onboarding fee when you sign up. The monthly subscription fee is charged 30 days after you start using our service.

 

What is a data integration source?

Data sources/integrations refer to the systems you can connect to Kimoby. You can connect many systems, such your DMS (Dealer Management System) and another provider like UVeye, Hunter Engineering, or Dealervault.

 

Are there any setup fees?

Yes, there is a dedicated implementation fee that includes the DMS installation fee and training for your team. This fee also covers your first month of service.
