* Commission payments are subject to the Kimoby Partner Program Agreement and are paid only on qualifying, paid subscriptions. Commission rates, payment schedules, and program terms are determined at Kimoby's sole discretion and may be modified with notice. Partners must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with program terms to receive commissions. Kimoby reserves the right to withhold or claw back commissions in cases of fraud, breach of agreement, or customer cancellations.
